Perched over Gulshan Lake, this duplex penthouse was conceived as an acoustic and sensory retreat from the bustling city below. Neo Interior Studio stripped back the existing partitions to reveal sweeping natural light channels, weaving bespoke walnut joinery with tactile limewash walls and hand-honed travertine portals.

Design Concept

“Material permanence meets spatial fluidity. By anchoring the living core with a monolithic fluted stone fireplace and framing unobstructed lake vistas, the residence cultivates a sense of timeless calm.”
